I am so, so incredibly proud of the combined team of TELUS, TELUS International and WillowTree who launched Fuel iX, the most expansive AI management platform of its kind, already deployed at scale to tens of thousands of users.

Our first customers were key divisions within TELUS, and we were able to implement AI solutions ranging from IT service desk assistant, in-store retail associate copilots, and a public-facing consumer website. To date, we have over 30,000 users within TELUS, and these solutions have measurably increased our productivity.

Now we want to share our platform with other businesses, so they accelerate their own AI journey with Fuel iX.
